These Terms and Conditions relate to activities Art Club With Charlotte ABN 60618301628 conducts.

Read carefully before completing your enrollment booking and paying.

1. Registration: You may enroll online via the website, however, you may also enroll by e-mailing us directly. Students must register and pay for term classes prior to the start of the term.
Casual session registration must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the nominated class date. Art Club With Charlotte reserves the right to refuse enrollment without explanation, and we will process a refund for the specific situation.

2. Attendance: Only enrolled students may attend class. Students are expected to attend each scheduled class during the term time. If a student is unable to attend a class, they will be allocated a makeup class credit.

3. Makeup Classes are only offered during the school term period. If a student is unable to attend any of the offered makeup classes, they forfeit the missed classes and cannot be rolled into the following term.

4. Refunds: Refunds will not be given for missed classes or in lieu makeup classes. Students/families are responsible for attending the makeup class offered during the school term period.

5. Class Cancellation: In the event that a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or instructor illness, a makeup class will be offered at a later date. Should a class fall on a public holiday, you will be advised of a replacement class date.

6. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during class. Any student who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the class and may not be allowed to attend future classes.

7.Punctuality: Out of respect for other students and the instructor, students are requested to be punctual for classes. Unless arrangements were previously made, a parent or guardian should take the child to class, Art Club With Charlotte does not accept responsibility for children before or after classes.

8. Liability: The art class instructor and facility are not responsible for accident, loss, damage, or injury suffered by you, your child, or property you own during any activity that may occur during class time.

9. Health, Safety & Allergies: If your child attending Art Club has an existing medical condition, allergy, or disability that may affect your or his/her participation in a class, notify us at the time of enrollment.

10. Photography: Photographs of students and their artwork may be taken for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish for their child to be photographed must notify the instructor in writing.

11. Art Materials & Artworks: Materials for all classes are included in the fee. Students do not need to supply their own art materials. Occasionally, the student may need to supply additional items for a class. When this occurs, we will provide details during enrollment. We will give all their artworks to the students at the end of the class, project, or term. Should we organise an exhibit, students enrolled within the last 12 months will be eligible to participate in the exhibit. They will be asked to bring their favourite works for selection and exhibition.

12. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy. Any personal details recorded by Art Club With Charlotte will be used only for the purposes of your enrolment and to notify you of future Art Club With Charlotte courses and events. If you do not wish for these details to be used by Art Club With Charlotte, please contact Art Club With Charlotte to register this request. No personal information will be disclosed outside Art Club With Charlotte without your expressed consent, except where required by law. We do not retain the credit card information you may provide.

13. Mailing List: Art Club With Charlotte will from time to time e-mail to parents and guardians to update them on the student’s works, activities, exhibits, and other information. Should you prefer to not receive mailings, please notify us during enrollment. Alternatively, you may subsequently notify us by e-mail.
